As a pre-med student, my decision to work in harm reduction stems from my deep-rooted belief in the power of preventative and compassionate care. Through my work in harm reduction, I strive to become a future healthcare professional who is equipped not only to treat medical conditions, but also to address the underlying social and behavioral factors that contribute to them.
